CRM for 6 call centers of a PSU

A total of 10 call centers were setup across India for BSNL to handle customer support requirements. Six of them run on Xema Platform. The CRM is integrated with BSNL backend systems for real time activation of SIM cards on IVR. The entire solution is implemented using Cisco hardware.

A firewall is a system that protects your computer from intruders

The firewall service provides a simple way to manage firewall rules. It is a singleton service that is available to all instances. It is not possible to create multiple instances of the firewall service. The firewall service is not available to instances that are not running in the cloud.
